Finding MAK Aviation Flight School

London Elstree Aerodrome is an ideal base for learning to fly, being situated just North of London close to the M25, M1, A41 and A1. Elstree & Borehamwood railway station is nearby (there are several local taxi firms to choose from) and the airfield lies next to the A41 between Edgware and Watford.

 

On approaching the airfield by road, go right to the end of Hogg Lane (ignoring the 'Learn to Fly' signs) past the various airfield buildings to your right. Continue past the detached house. You'll see a signpost "Welcome to London ELSTREE AERODROME" marking the airfield entrance. Continue through the yellow barrier ▼
